Fees
Since our services are highly personalized, we prefer to discuss your specific situation and prepare an individualized plan to meet both your needs and your budget. The items described below can guide you in thinking through the level of service desired. Fees range from hourly rates for a single private session to package pricing for a Giftedness Profile® and/or longer-term, multi-session coaching.
Giftedness Profile®
This is the core assessment upon which all of our services are based. A Giftedness Profile® includes the following:
Giftedness Snapshot®
The Giftedness Snapshot® is ideal if you know you need insight and direction, but also are working with a limited budget. The process is based on the same underlying methodology as the Giftedness Profile®, but involves less time and does not go into as much depth. We ask you to submit written material in preparation for a two-hour session in which we’ll describe the highlights of your motivational pattern and discuss its implications for your situation.
Giftedness Consultation
Individual, hourly sessions are available if you have questions but do not want a formal report, or if you already have a Giftedness Profile® and want additional help applying it.
Specialized Reports
Information on giftedness can be used to answer countless questions in an individual's life. A Giftedness Profile® always includes at least one interpretive report that addresses a specific question or issue. However, additional reports can be furnished at any time. Topics include:

Giftedness Profile®
This is the core assessment upon which all of our services are based. A Giftedness Profile® includes the following:
- Preparatory worksheet to obtain key information and questions
- In-depth interview (generally 2 hours in length)
- Systematic analysis of interview transcript using proprietary methodology
- 30-page report summarizing your Motivated Abilities Pattern (MAP®)
- 2-page Giftedness Profile® report addressing the specific questions you want answered (e.g. career options, job decision, learning style, etc.)
- 2-hour consultation to provide feedback, answer questions, and determine next steps (session taped for the participant's benefit)
Giftedness Snapshot®

Giftedness Coaching
Individualized coaching is available for the highly motivated person who
desires expert guidance through a customized process for realizing
specific goals or undergoing personal change. This service is particularly
recommended if you are:
- In college
- In graduate school (especially law, medicine, business)
- Changing careers
- Launching a major new initiative (e.g. new business venture)
- In mid-life, transitioning into the "second half"
